Southwest Corps Connection Drum & Bugle Corps Show
Wednesday, July 2 7:30 PM at Glendale Community College
This event brings together five world-class drum corps:
- The Academy – Tempe, Az
- Phantom Regiment - Rockford, IL
- Santa Clara Vanguard – Santa Clara, CA
- Mystika l – Long Beach, CA
- Velvet Knights – Pasadena, CA
This is a rare opportunity to see Phantom Regiment (Mr. Parker's Drum corps) since they don't make the western tour very often. In addition, you can see many Corona alumni in the Academy corps.
- We have the opportunity to get group tickets at $16 per ticket (a $5 discount).
- Plus each school that purchases group tickets has a chance to Win a new brass instrument for the CdS Band courtesy of Jupiter Brass Instruments. Each ticket sold equals one raffle ticket for the drawing. The more tickets your school buys, the greater the chances to win!
- <Click here> for the order form and ording info.

NO COST FUNDRAISERS!!!!!
Grocery Cards from Fry's and Bashas are now available <click here>. This is an EASY and FREE way to make money for the Band. Here's how it works, you purchase a $10 reloadable card from Jill. You then load the card with additional money to use at the store. You can load it with any amount you wish and you can use cash, debit or credit cards (a great way to get mileage on your airline credit cards!). The band makes 6% of all money loaded onto the cards. For example, put $100 on your card and you get $100 in groceries and Fry's/Bashas gives the band $6. PS Bashas cards are also good at AJ's and Food City. Fry's cards is good at any Kroeger store including out of state.
Bar Code Cash - Cool Cash and Thanks a Million Program - Connect your Fry's and Bashas barcodes to the Corona Band number and Fry's and Bashas will donate 1% of your purchase to the Band (Up to $2000 from each store)! <Click here> for free $$$.

Recycle your Printer Cartridges for $$ and the environment!
We now have a box in the band room to collect ink and laser print cartridges. Cartridge World at the NE corner of Rural and Ray will give us $1 for every ink cartridge and $3 for every laser cartridge we turn in. What a great way to fund raise and to help the environment.
